MONTESSORI ESCUELA INFANTIL S.L. (“Escuela Infantil Montessori”), as owner of the website www.eimontessori.com, provides this Legal Notice to comply with Spanish Law 34/2002 of 11 July on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSICE) and to set out the terms of use of the website.

Anyone who accesses this website becomes a user and agrees to comply with these terms and any other applicable legal provision.

Through www.eimontessori.com, Escuela Infantil Montessori provides information about its services, including:

• Our history, the Montessori method and who we are for.
• Classrooms by age, the facilities and the school’s spaces.
• Our services: education, lunch, breakfast, digital diary, uniforms and Summer School.
• Information about First Cycle Grants (Ayudas de Primer Ciclo) from the Valencian Regional Ministry of Education.
• The photo gallery and testimonials from families.
• A contact form to ask questions, arrange a visit or apply for a place in the school year or at Summer School.
• A “Work with us” form to send your CV.

The website is owned by Escuela Infantil Montessori and hosted on servers located in the European Union. It is available in Spanish and English; the Spanish version is the reference version.

3. General terms of use

Access to and use of this website and its contents are subject to this Legal Notice and to our Privacy Policy, which includes information on cookies. Simply accessing, using or downloading any content makes you a user and means you fully accept these terms without reservation, so we recommend reading them.

We may modify the website without prior notice to update, correct, add or remove content, as well as these legal texts. Changes apply from publication; the date of the latest update is shown at the end of this document.

6. Contact and “Work with us” forms

The website provides information about the 0–3 education stage, facilities, activities and lunch service so that families can get to know the school. If you would like to visit us, ask a question or apply for a place, you must fill in the contact form with the required fields and accept the Privacy Policy.

If you would like to work with us, you can send your CV through the “Work with us” form, filling in the required fields and accepting the Privacy Policy. Sending a CV does not imply any commitment to hire.

Sending either form does not create any contractual relationship. The data you provide will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual and industrial property

All website contents (texts, photographs, images, graphics, designs, logos, videos and other materials) are protected by intellectual and industrial property rights belonging to Escuela Infantil Montessori or to those who have granted us a licence, in accordance with Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/1996 of 12 April (Intellectual Property Law).

We grant no licence or authorisation to use them except by express written agreement. Their reproduction, publication, public communication, distribution or transformation, in whole or in part, for any purpose, and especially commercial or advertising purposes, is prohibited without the owner’s written authorisation. Any breach will entitle us to take the appropriate legal action. We are not liable for intellectual or industrial property infringements you may commit as a user.

The photographs on the website show pupils of the school; downloading, reusing or sharing them is not permitted.

Any third-party trademarks, logos or distinctive signs appearing on the website are used with their authorisation or for purely descriptive purposes, and belong to their legitimate owners.

Escuela Infantil Montessori owns the rights deriving from the registration of the domain name www.eimontessori.com and of trademark M2943144, and reserves its rights over any other trademark, distinctive sign, design or intellectual or industrial property right it holds, even if not mentioned here.

8. Links to other websites

We have no control over third-party pages that can be reached from our website (for example, Google Maps from “Get directions”), so we accept no liability for their contents, information, services or advertising, or for the consequences of accessing them. We include them only to give you more information. If you become aware that any of those pages carries out unlawful activities, please let us know so we can remove the link.

9. Social media

Escuela Infantil Montessori may be present on social networks such as Instagram, YouTube, Facebook or X (Twitter). The content we publish there is for information and promotion of our services, so we are not responsible for decisions you make based on it.

As administrators of our profiles, we may delete offensive comments, photos or videos, or those unrelated to the purpose of the profile. We are not responsible for the reliability, continuity or operation of social networks, which depend on other providers, nor for damage arising from their failures. For third-party content linked from our profiles we act as an intermediary service provider under the LSSICE: we will only be liable if, having actual knowledge of its unlawfulness, we fail to act diligently to remove it. You can report it using the procedure in section 13.

10. Links to our website from other sites

If you wish to link to our website from another page, you must comply with these conditions:

• Do not reproduce its services or contents in whole or in part, or create deep links, image links or frames, without prior written authorisation.
• Do not make false, inaccurate or incorrect statements about our website or its contents.
• Do not include our trademarks, logos or other distinctive signs without express written authorisation, and allow our website to be displayed in full in the browser window, without frames.

A link does not imply any relationship between Escuela Infantil Montessori and the owner of the other page, nor that we know or accept its contents, for which we are not responsible. We may require any link to our website to be removed.

11. Viruses, hacking and other cyber attacks

You must not introduce viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or any other harmful material into the website, attempt unauthorised access to the website, its hosting server or any related system, or attack it through denial-of-service or distributed denial-of-service attacks. Such acts may constitute criminal offences: we will report them to the authorities and cooperate with them to identify those responsible. We will take the appropriate measures.

14. General provisions, governing law and jurisdiction

We will pursue any breach of this Legal Notice and the Privacy Policy, and any misuse of the website, through the appropriate civil, criminal and administrative actions. If any clause is declared void, in whole or in part, the rest will remain valid.

This Legal Notice is governed by Spanish law. The language in which the website’s legal texts are drafted and interpreted is Spanish. In the event of any dispute you may go to the ordinary courts in accordance with the applicable jurisdiction rules. Where the user is not a consumer, the parties submit to the Courts of Alicante.
